All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

It's impossible to say without stripping down and testing your Fitbit, but I suspect the majority of problems people have reported here -- and certainly the one that killed my Charge 3 -- stem from moisture getting into the device. It would appear that the watch is poorly sealed, and water gets in either when swimming or taking showers.
Fitbit support were quick and helpful, and I have a replacement on the way. However, since then I've lost faith in the Charge 3 and ordered a Polar watch which has a heart rate zone alarm that will come in handy. I'll keep the new Charge 3 as a backup or give it away.
The Fitbit community has been great, and the Charge 3 really was a good device while it worked, but there are clearly some serious reliability issues. Best of luck everybody.

If your FBC3 is still charging up and syncing data, just no display on your tracker - I recommend you attach your FBC3 to your computer via charging cord, open Fitbit app and sign in. From the dashboard screen, click on the little rectangle (with the small circle and 3 lines) which is located on the upper right . Click on the "charge 3" box on the left side of screen. Click on "clocks" - then click "all clocks". pick a different clock face from your current one and click on it. New clock face will then download to your tracker - hopefully and all will be well again - for awhile.
PS - if your app is on a phone or tablet - then attach charging cord as you usually do and follow above on the app in your phone or tablet.
Good luck!

Mine is doing the same thing. Very disappointed. I tried to contact Fitbit help via chat, but found that I was number 32 in line for help. I bought my watch in July last year so at this rate my warranty will expire before I get help.

I made my own post but my charge 3 display just went dark and was vibrating when pressing the button... but looks like a ton of people are having some kind of issue... is fitbit breaking the devices on purpose?

Mine does this as well.
I've followed the following forum suggestions
1. Attach to usb power cord and depress button for 15 seconds to restart; watched it restart. disconnected from usb power cord; reconnect to usb power cord.
2. Changed the clockface
My watch still vibrates and cycles between screens.
Please advise what shall i do now !

Hi. My device did the flicking between screens, vibrating etc and wouldn't stop. I took it off, I tried restarting it as described and it didn't work, kept doing it. I left it in the charger overnight to see if a full battery would help but now the device is totally dead, will not start, doesn't respond to being in the charger at all, doesn't sync, no lights. Dead.
This is the second time I've had this problem, I reported the same problem with my first Charge3 about six months ago and was sent a replacement so now I've got two defunct Charge3s and no working Fitbits. Can anyone help?

I too have been having the same problem. My original Fitbit was replaced just under a year due to a different malfunction. My new Fitbit is almost one year old. I was unaware the terms of warranty revert back to your original purchase date, which means, to me, Fitbit does not stand behind their product. After reviewing numerous comments regarding same issue with the screen, it is obvious this is a glitch in the Fitbit product which I probably why everything reverts back to original purchase date. I was offered a 25% off discount to purchase a new Fitbit. I would not waste another penny on any Fitbit brand, as they obviously are aware of the problems. So each year I should spend $300 on a new watch? I think not and I think everybody in this community should be aware. If your Fitbit is repacked within the first year, they only warranty the new one under the original purchase date, therefore, after a few months, your Fitbit has problems and goes in the garbage. No thank you. Very disappointed
