All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

I hav etried this method with mine but it does the normal restart after 8-10 seconds with the smile. It never gets to the hard reset. Ideas?

I was told my device only had a 1 year warranty. You can purchase an extended warranty that will cover up to 2 years which I didn't buy.

Your should contact Fitbit Customer support. Your device has a 1 year warranty.

It wasn’t. Nobody got back to me. I think it’s a technical fault that’s happened to most of the Charge 3’s, and it’s a way to make ya buy the Charge 4s! I’m so mad. How does this collectively happen to ALL of us at the same time?!?

They offer a discount on a new one, but I found a knock off for $32 that works just as good

I am having the same issues - I tried everything I could find to try to fix it and nothing works. This is my fourth Fitbit in 7 years and I keep buying them even though the same thing keeps happening. Can I get this replaced? I hate to spend money on another one since they don't work after a year or so.
Thanks

I’m told they have a one-year warranty. Contact Fitbit directly. They should either completely replace it or give you a rebate.

I've replied back to customer service asking what they are doing to address this. It's clearly a problem if multiple charge 3 users are experiencing the same problem at the same time. 25% off a replacement for those out of warranty isn't enough.

My Fitbit is charged to 42% and has switched off. When I try and charge it, it just keeps vibrating. I see this has been a problem with other users but I can’t see the solution.
I have only had my Fitbit Charge 3 since Christmas so I am not too happy about this and look forward to hearing a solution please.

I agree that brand trust has been eroded by this issue. Warranty periods notwithstanding it appears from the large number of similar malfunction symptoms, that Fitbit has a widespread PRODUCT DEFECT on their hands. Giving me a 25% discount on my 3 months out-of-warranty Charge 3 for me to buy another one and likely run into the same defect is not really great customer service.
