All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

Bummer and I have not heard anything back. This is my second Fitbit and I've only had for 18 months so I have a feeling I'll be moving on to another brand 😞

This happens to me too...its super annoying. Iv also tried all the plug in and restart options. Seems like this is a common fault with this charge 3! 😒

It’s a shame...still no response and since this is my second Fitbit that has died guess I need to find another brand.

My Fitbit Charge 3 is doing this exact thing. Everything was fine until yesterday when it started vibrating constantly and switching between notification screen and clock face.

Hi mine does this and I have tried re setting as per the instructions from fitbit and I have changed the clock face a few times. I think I am out of warranty now? Can this be sorted? Sam

My phone has the same issue after being restarted. Notifications are off. Now tried the shut down and replug version descibed above and it still doesn't work.

I’m having the same issue. Just tried the instructions you gave the other users, but it still keeps vibrating and going back and forth between home screen and wake/notifications screen. It stopped reading my heart rate yesterday then started to do this. Did the same thing a couple months ago for a day or two, then went back to normal.

ok..this is happening with my Charge 3 also now.....it just vibrates when I try to reset it...I have tried everything...this is now just a paper weight ....very frustrating as I can see that this is a problem that has been happening for awhile.... I need a resolution or a replacement.

I would try Customer support if your Fitbit is still in warranty. IF not I would just buy another make of fitness tracker as Fitbit is useless.
GOOD LUCK!

I am out of warranty. What device would you recommend? I only want to track my heart rate and steps. If I could get blood pressure as well that would be great!

I requested help 2 weeks ago and still no response from Fitbit but they keep pushing me emails to buy new products. I'm about 6 months out of warranty wonder if that is the reason? I understand that businesses are a challenged right now but I'm sure most of their support team is remote and/or could be remote very easily. It's beyond disappointing and makes it worse that I see so many other customers with the same issue and no one has responded from Fitbit.
Anyone have any new ideas of how we might get some help?

Maria....I assume you work for Fitbit Support? Have you seen how active this thread is without any response from Fitbit? Can you please help? This is so disappointing
