Charge 3 is constantly vibrating and screen going on and off

All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

I also have had my Charge 3 for a little over a year. I have restarted it
several times and it continues to vibrate and switch between screens. Very
frustrating. Would expect a better quality product for $130.

Same issue here. What an absolute joke. This is the second charge 3 I've had in 14 months .First one was replaced because the screen failed about 7 months in and now this vibrating on and off thing has happened to the replacement they sent.  Is it too much to ask for a functional product, Fitbit??

I just ordered a $25 tracker off amazon......had good reviews and if it lasts a year it’s still cheaper than Fitbit

I guess Google recently bought Fitbit. That may be why we have no customer service/ help

Thank you. I contacted them and they were helpful. The representative walked me through some trouble shooting steps and it seems to be ok right now.....knock on wood.

Same story, 3rd charge 3, months of talks, lots of e-mails, delays, anger. Now, half the screen not visible (lost pixels), keeps vibrating, not proper HR measurement available, sleep data occasionally available... Similar problems with my wife's C3.

There are max 5 major issues with the device and reports from user are coming since day 1. This is absolutely not acceptable, it is shame for fitbit too.

Charge 2 had literally "zero" issue for 20 months. Now I m afraid to buy Charge 4...

Do you have email address of who I can complain to?

They are not responding to emails. I emailed first and received a canned response telling me to call. I called the customer service number using the link within the app. They were helpful on the phone and sent me a 25% off discount for future purchase.

I 100% am never buying a Fitbit again. I’m limping through using my son’s versa because he doesn’t use it. Waiting for that to die and then will invest in the new Apple Watch or Garmin. Fitbit has lost this customer. My Charge 3 was barely a year old and the “help” agent said that the battery was done and I could get a new one for a one time deal at 40% off. No other assistance. I’ve tried all their restart tips and it went from a 5-7 day charge to 2 hours over night. Then when I took it out of the charger it was so hot that it couldn’t be touched, scary.
I would have considered staying with Fitbit if they replaced my unit but there’s no way now- and I have sold many of my friends on getting these!! So disappointed.... oh and I agree, my charge 2 was way better but I, unfortunately, lost it when the strap broke!! The strap thing is another bone of contention, why don’t they up the price $10 and just give you a WHOLE second strap? It’s always the other side that breaks!!
