All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

I am getting a replacement for this one since it died before warranty was up. Thank goodness. I wish the other 2 had died before warranties were up
😊. I still like the company and am very happy that they are replacing this one. Hopefully it will last a good long time.

I’m having the same issues (rapid cycling, very high heart rate recorded despite sitting or even last night while sleeping, rapid draining of battery within a few hours of charging and resetting it) and despite multiple resets and trying what was recommended for others, it continues to do this and has for 3 days. Any other options?

I'm having the same issues! I have tried all the suggested fixes, to no avail. The constant vibrating has made me remove the devise. I purchased the Charge 3 on March 29 2019. Device number is 11138 03095 7 (I think - that is the number that is below the barcode on the box....). Appreciate your help with this.

I had exactly the same problem and it drove me crazy. I tried everything in the book and nothing worked. After hours of frustrated trying to fix this I removed the new wristbands I got from amazon and put the originals on and voila everything is back to normal. Now I just have to get a refund for the wristbands!

Fitbit customer support solved the problem for me.
They replaced mine with a new one. Thanks.

I tried this and it was fine for a couple of hours and started again.

Mine began doing this on Monday. I took it off and left it on the charger most of the week and decided to research possible solutions tonight. I have tried the hard restart and changing the clock face. My display has lines through the top and bottom of the screen. Just got this last December. I had a Flex before and it lasted me over 4 years without an issue.

Hi I am also having this issue.
I have tried all of the recommendations and resets in this thread .
I had to replace my last charge HR 3 as it just stopped working after 3 months .
I have issues with constantly vibrating switching faces and also not accurately tracking heart rate and exercise.
Help !

Mine just did the same thing and then black screened. Tried reboot and nothing. It is very frustrating as this is second charge 3 to die.

Customer service is sending me a new device, although this sounds like a bit of a systemic problem with this version! Thanks to everyone for all the advice.....

I am having this exact same problem. I have followed all the many bits of advice and now have just a black screen. I expect that, as before, I will have to wait until the battery is dead (it's at 96%) so it may be a few days, until I can do anything at all. Really fed up with this. Only purchased in January.
