All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

I am having the same problem as everyone else and have tried the Long restart and the clock face change with no change. Please advise as to next steps. The device is less than a year old.

It keeps doing it. I am tired of wasting time with rebooting it. Now the heartrate is not working. What is up with these glitches. I need something I can rely on.

Had the same issue with the vibrating and screen switching back and forth. I tried all the steps listed here but unfortunately none worked. I did call Customer Service and they confirmed the steps I had taken. Since none of them worked they have issued a replacement order today.
Awesome customer service!!

I found this thread when I was looking for an answer to the same problem with my Fitbit. I wasn't able to see if there was an answer. Can you help me?

If the steps listed in this post https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Charge-3-is-constantly-vibrating-and-screen-going-on-and-of... don't help, I would suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Service. https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

I’m on my 3rd Fitbit with the last 2 being replacements. The problem above
happened with the 1st one and when I called them it was suggested to put it
in a bowl of rice to remove all possible water. Still I insisted to send me
a new one which they did. Now, the first one, after being 2 days in the
bowl of rice , seemed to have recovered. I wore the 2nd one for 3 weeks,
never getting it wet or damaging it in any way and it completely died on me
and hasn’t come back yet no matter what I tried. So, I complained again and
they send me a new one but I had to leave for vacation before it arrived so
I used the first one and until today it hasn’t given me any problems except
I am not using it with water which they advertise to be good for swimming,
ha, ha! I understand they are selling now because of low profit margins, I
wonder why?
Yes they are but their product is faulty, I’m on my 2nd replacement and
hope every day the tracker will work today, that’s not right. Supposedly
they are selling because of low profit margins, mhmmmm I wonder why!

It does that when you are walking.. It possibly needs you to customise it.. Say every half mile.

My Fitbit is doing the same thing. I’ve tried resetting as per the instructions but it’s not getting to the smiley face. I’ve tried multiple times with 20 plus seconds being held.
