Charge 3 is constantly vibrating and screen going on and off

My Charge 3 keeps changing from the home screen to the screen wake and notifications with barely a touch or non at all. I can't restart it or turn it off because it continues to change between the two. I cannot swipe to the left to get to settings. I don't know what is happening. I purchased my charge 3 in January 2019 from Target and have already purchased a new wrist band  a couple months ago because the other one broke. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Now the Bluetooth between my Charge 3 and iphone is dropping.

Mine is doing the same thing.  Followed all directions, and it still won't work.
