Charge 3 is experiencing issues while connecting with GPS of phone

My charge 3 can not find the gps of my phone.

Connection can only succeed if 

I launch the training app on my phone.

Hi @Mgbeverst, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the connected GPS feature is not working properly.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
