Charge 3 is flickering non-stop between screens

The issue first started with the screen being stuck on "Screen Wake" and "Notifications" setting. Then it started vibrating constantly all night! Now it's flickering through multiple screens at a fast pace and constantly vibrating. I have tried plugging it in to the charger and holding the button down but I just get a white line and then a smiley face and it starts doing it again! Help I need my Fitbit back 😂
