Charge 3 is going back to 1300 steps

My charge 3 has “jumped back to 1300 ish steps at least 3 times now. Anyone know a way to reset the day and clear whatever is in there to make it count what I’ve done? Thanks.

Hi @JCLA1, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the steps count jumped back to 1300 steps. Regarding your question, your Charge 3 reset automatically every midnight.

 

In order to fix this issue, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the step count stops jumping back to 1300 steps.
