My Charge 3 screen has become unreadable (missing lines of pixels). I've been usinge this device for only 10 months. Surely it should have worked longer than this. In its current state it is unuseable. I've had to revert to using my Charge 2 (which has a cracked screen). I must say that the device has not been abused in any way.

Hi @emyB, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 became unreadable and it's missing lines of pixels. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
