Yesterday (4/22/20) by Charge 3 went crazy vibrating and switching screens by itself. I have rebooted - that took some effort because the screen kept switching on me. I have deleted all user data. Re-paired with phone app. I have done full shutdown and restart. No Success. Fitbit seems to still collect data and to sync but it draining the battery with all this automatic activity and its hard to wear with it buzzing all the time. Help!

This has happened twice to me in the last 11months. Today being the second. Also troubleshooted everything. Both times after contacting customer services they immediately Sent a new tracker, but that means I’m without my watch/Fitbit for a week which I hate. If you’re under warranty they’ll send you a new tracker free of charge. My worry is if it happens again in 11months time my warranty will have run out. Hopefully I’ve just been unlucky and 3rd time round it’ll last longer than a few months.

This is my second Fitbit Charge 3 in 1 1/2 years. I've had this one for approx. 15 months after my first one did the same thing only a few months after purchase. Since this one is past the warranty I don't plan to spend any more money on Fitbit products. I want something to last more than a year and a half.
In addition, my wife's fitbit screen now displays lines which make it hard to read the screen. This happened 2 months after the 1 year warranty past. So my household has had in 1.5 years 3 FITBIT device that have all had quality issues.
