Charge 3 is non-stop vibrating and it's flickering between screens

The issue first started with the screen being stuck on "Screen Wake" and "Notifications" setting. Then it started vibrating constantly. Now it's flickering through multiple screens at a fast pace and constantly vibrating. I have tried to do a hard reboot (plugged into the charger) but it doesn't work. Cannot get the the settings screen on the tracker because of the screen flickering. I have not showered or swam with my Fitbit, and I run and lift weights daily, so this is not due to misuse of the device.
