Charge 3 is not holding a charge

Hi I’ve had my Charge 3 since Christmas 2018. It had been working well until today. I started the day with a battery at 89%. I didn’t check it all morning and then my wrist buzzed and my Fitbit was dead. I charged it and 3 hours later it was dead again. I charged it and restarted it and now a few hours later it is at 69%. I haven’t been using the app, I don’t get notifications. I have the screen brightness turned down. I am really sad if the battery isn’t working right as a new Charge 4 has come out....
