I have had my Charge 3 for over a year and I noticed 2 days ago it will no longer hold a charge. I charge it all the way up and within 20 minutes it's dead. I have tried to update, following all the help tips on why it won't charge and it's still not working. I have tried everything except the factory reset and nothing. I am going crazy. Please help.

Hello. No, my charge is still not holding a charge and no update is going through. It says it does and then I check again and it's still showing an update available. So I have to keep my charge on the charger until I workout and hope it holds out until I am done.
