Charge 3 is not holding a charge

All of a sudden my charge 3 will not hold a charge. It has up until now held a charge for 7 days but this week it is only lasting 2-3 days or less than 24 hours. I have reboot the device and this did not change. Please advise of the next step. Thanks

The same thing is happening to me. I was trying to see if I can get in touch with support but that part of the website seems to not be working. My charge 3 only holds a charge for less than a day. The screen is set to dim, minimal notifications, and it doesn't automatically turn on the display when I move my arm. It is very disappointing because I feel as if every time I try to resolve this issue I get told I am not charging it correctly or using it inappropriately!

I have tried to reset the device, but nothing seems to be making it any better.

Dissapointing.

I am having the same issue and i have read through the forum chats here AND your recommended tips to extend battery life and still no success.  Why is everyone having the same issues with no success?  My charge isnt even lasting 24 hrs.

Thank you!

I also have this same problem, and my fitbit is not even 1 year old!

A week ago, my Charge 3 would last 7 days without needing a charge, and now it won't last more than 18 hours. I've tried everything outline in the charging instructions as well as tips, but no luck.

How can I send this back for repair?

I am having a similar issue.  I have recharged mine five times in the past two days.  My number of steps/activity level is normal.  The device continues to use up the battery within hours of being charged.  Earlier the time was off by 10 minutes.  I did notice that there was some game thing added to my fitbit.  I removed it.  Not sure what is causing it, but I would appreciate any assistance in getting it fixed.

This did not resolve the issue. This charge3i recieved from fitbit in July as a replacement due to lines on the screen. Given that I have only had this tracker since July and the battery is barely lasting less than 24 hours now I need answers please, thank you

Mine's not only not holding a charge, but starting to act wonky. I rebooted it per Help articles and still not right. I deleted the app and reinstalled which I found in another thread, still not right.  Issues include: no longer holding charge (need to plug in every other day now), partial clock / numbers display (lines through some), only tracking some sleep hours (4 of 7) or not tracking any at all, no longer tracking steps per hour (e.g. had 2500 steps, but none per 3 hours when they happened). It seems to be a decline this past 10 days. I do not have excessive use on the battery. Is there anything else to try?

Hi.  The exact same thing has happened to mine, fully charged around 12 hours ago and on 5% already.  I have tried all recommendations re: charging and restoring.

My previous contact with customer support was on response to a different problem and was issued a new tracker in July and now this is a new issue. Please advise what my next step is, thanks
