This is my second charge 3 and I'm not sure why it's not working. The calls and all the notifications are on and yet they dont come through. Sometimes the notifications come through late but they dont vibrate and I dont get my reminder to move either, my first one never had this problem. I've tried changing everything, getting rid of the decive and setting it up again. Nothing seems to work.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Elle1221, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not receiving notifications all the time and when it receives them, it doesn't vibrate.. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it receives notifications and it vibrates properly.
