Charge 3 is not receiving notifications from a Xiaomi 10t pro

Hello! I've got a charge 3 and don't get the notifications. I used to get them.  

I have a Xiaomi 10t pro with MIUI version 12.1

I tried reinstalling the app, clearing the data from the app, resetting the charge 3. I tried everything and still not working. I would appreciate some help.

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd like to let you know that the Fitbit App works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed here

 

If your Xiaomi 10t pro meets all the requirements and the inconvenience persists, please make sure that you've followed all of the troubleshooting steps listed in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

 

Also, if in case you get a message or notifications on your phone saying: "Notification service not running". I recommend following the steps below:

 

  • Go to setting on your Xiaomi 10t pro.
  • Find Fitbit there and click or tap on it.
  • Click/tap clear data/storage for Fitbit app.
  • Tap Done.
