Charge 3 is not receiving notifications

I can't seem to sync my notification for messages .. how do I do this .. thanks marie

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3.

 

In this case I would recommend following these instructions to resolve difficulties with notifications.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1653951826902.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
