Charge 3 is not recognizing bike ride in the auto mode

Hi, the charge 3 is not recognizing the bike ride at all. It is still showing steps in the app only. I did enable the auto ride function in the app if the ride is more than 10 min... still showing steps only. I did start the exercise and chose bike and started it on the charge 3 device and it calculated the time. If I login to my account on the computer, it shows bike rides but the fitbit app on the phone is not logging the bike rides. It worked fine with steps for years. Is there a way to fix this issue on the app? I can manually login the bike ride in the app but not sure how to do that. I am also wondering why is the bike ride showing in the app. Thanks!

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

- Log out from the Fitbit app on your phone and on your computer

- Restart your Fitbit Charge 3 and reboot your phone

- Log back in

Whether none of this works, you can try uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app.
