Device suddenly stopped recognize my walks as exercise. It counts the steps and cal burned but doesn’t register as exercise.

Mine is doing exactly the same thing. I've tried everything I can think of and still no joy 😕

I had charge 2 fantastic. So dissatisfied with my charge 3. Mine hasn’t recoded properly since I got 6 months ago. the screen is distorted and trying to access websites impossible. Tried rebooting no different. Devastated as used to love my watch this is a waste of space
