Charge 3 is not responding, Its stopped working and only vibrates when button is pressed.

Charge 3 is not responding, there is no display. Its not connected to mobile because the device is completely turned off. When i press the button on the watch, it vibrates. As long as i press the button it keeps vibrating. I tried restarting the device by holding the button for 8 seconds and 15 seconds, Still no response, it just vibrates when i press the button, no indication on display either.
