I have literally just done the latest update on my charge 3 now I have nothing showing up on my screen. If I do a reset we see the happy smiley face (not mine), if I change the clock face you see the line saying it is being changed but apart from that nothing.
Is anybody else having this problem?

Same with me ala66. I too think it has something to do with the firmware update. My charge 3 charges and tracked steps but the screen remained black. Tried all the various recommendations including changing clock face. Finally, this morning I retried removing and then setting up the Charge 3 again. Unfortunately, when I got to the step of having to enter the 4 digit code shown on my device, I could not read the code because the screen was still black. So now I can't even track.

I had the same issue. What worked for me was 3 tries to reboot ( holding side key for 10 seconds ). Face came back to life but it took a few tries. Good luck!
