My Charge 3 will show calories but not my steps, heart rate, sleep. any longer. I have seemingly tried everything. rebooting, deleting and re-installing, etc. Nothing.!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @dupcha.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker is not showing your stats except calories. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if you don't see the stats on the tracker itself or on your Fitbit app? Please confirm if you've tried the following:

1. Make sure the tracker is syncing: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

2. Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

3. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi @Gills40, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your device. I appreciate the additional details and I am glad to assist you. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  4. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  6. Tap Set Up a Device, choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If the device is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here

Keep me posted on the outcome.
