Charge 3 is not showing up on my Bluetooth

I’m really frustrated with my charge 3.  Sorry to complain, but I don’t really appreciate the update. Setting up alarms on my phone was way more reliable. Now my charge 3 is giving me trouble Bluetoothing to my iPhone.  Why? It’s been working for 60 days with no trouble.  I’m ready to send it back.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community @lphar.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to connect your Fitbit Charge 3 to your iPhone's Bluetooth. Thank you for the information provided and for your feedback about the way silent alarms are currently set up.

You have two ways to set up your silent alarms: from your Fitbit Charge 3 or from the website at fitbit.com > Settings > Devices > Silent alarm. For more information, please visit this article and make sure to sync your Tracker everytime you make any change to your Fitbit account.

If you have received notifications from a different cellphone, please make sure to remove your Charge 3 from the list of Bluetooth devices from that device before connecting to your iPhone. If this is not the case, please follow our troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with notifications.

Please let us know if you have any question.
