Charge 3 is not tracking my distance and pace accurately

Well my fitbit charge 3 is only 2 months old. So the miles are out so fitbit said 1.11miles and starva was 1.34miles. Also the pace on fitbit said 12'37" while strava 9'33". Iv tried rebooting this device nothing. is this a fault?

I’ve only had mine for 5 days and it’s doing the same thing. It’s also not counting my steps accurately either. I restarted it like others have said and it hasn’t changed.
