Hi Everyone,
Fitbit replaced my faulty Charge 3. I have set it up this afternoon and everything is working.
BUT... the new pebble is only counting the 215 steps it has done since being connected. I have done 10668 steps earlier today on the old pebble. How can I get those 10K extra steps onto my account/app daily count? It's really important!
I have synced several times. Logged out then in again, and synced. The app is not updating.

Hi @CCCCapricorn, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the missing steps issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your tracker is worn correctly and monitor it during the next 24 hours in order to see if it tracks your steps properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I followed the steps in the help article. Did a Charge 3 reboot (several times). I have also repeated yesterdays steps by logging out/in of the app, syncing several times, and even turning my phone off/on.
Everything seems to be working perfectly except the missing 10668 steps from yesterday still have not been added.
Do you have any other ideas?
