Sleep mode! I had somehow enabled this, and when I disabled it I got my vibrations back.

Sidenote: there should be more integration between the device and the app - I should have been able to see I was in sleep mode within the app and change that (along with every other device setting). Makes no sense to me that I can do everything in the app, but instead have to paw through the device menu tree.

For those with iOS 16+ software, this worked for me:

Settings>Bluetooth> under My Devices> (your Fitbit)> toggle Share System Notifications

hope this helps someone! Like if it did 😊

I have a new inspire3. It vibrated when I reached step goals for a couple of weeks but has now stopped vibrating. I have looked at the app but cannot find / don't know what the account icon looks like. I have checked all the settings etc in the app but cannot find anything that is a vibrations setting. Please help.
