Charge 3 is not working or charging

My charge 3 won't start I've tried plugging it to the charger and holding down the button several times. Nothing is happening.

Me too. I realized mid-afternoon that it wasn't coming on when I tilted my arm to see the time. Left it on charge overnight and it's just dead this morning. At first, the green sensor light was on steady, but now that's gone too.

Hi there...mine was the same..4 days ago it went off so I charged it although my app said it had charge..ot came on yo the wrong day and time then I had to delete account snd start again to get it working then the next day nothing...app again said 60%charge but no green light nothing at all tried everything to get it to work....seems strange 3 people all having same issue at the same time..??? Have you had any luck with getting urs to work??

Have you spoken to support from  customer services? Il have a cat later eith them and if any joy will let you know.xSent from my Galaxy

Wow!  I am surprised to other people that are going through the same issue that I am.  I just bought it a little over a year ago.  Charing it doesn't help. I am so dissapointed.  My problem just stated a day ago.

Me too! It happened to mine early hours of this morning.  Heart rate won’t register at all & the battery has died 3 times today after fully charging!!

@Starhaf If your Charge 3 turns on but the battery drains quickly, I recommend visiting this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
