My charge 3 is showing female heart rate now and not my (male) heart rate. How do I change it back.

What is the difference between male and female heart rates?  Mine just gives a heart rate without specifying sex.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
