Charge 3 is registering my resting heart rate very high

When I first got my charge 3 my resting heart rate bounced around between 48-50 bpm. Over the past months it has steadily risen to around 57, despite regular exercise and good diet. I would be alarmed about this but if I periodically check my heart rate throughout the day it’s always in the low 50s. For some reason it won’t log the lower heart rates in the app. Anybody have the same issue?

Hello there @MSchultz53, welcome to the Community Forums. We apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 is not recording your resting heart rate accurately. From your Tracker please go to Settings > Heart rate and follow these steps:

- Turn the heart rate off
- Restart your Charge 3
- Turn the heart rate back on

Hope this helps, let me know how it goes.
