My Charge 3 is showing white vertical lines on the screen and it is not as sensitive to touch after charging it from low battery. When I attached it to the charger the screen was normal but when I went to take it off the charger the white vertical lines had appeared. I have tried the suggested restart tips, changed the watch face and just waited it out a bit but nothing has fixed it yet. Any new tips to try?

I saw the message from EmWheat when I was looking for a solution to the same problem. When I went to bed last night my display had white vertical lines but when woke up this morning they were gone for a brief time and then returned. I also tried trouble-shooting and resetting but nothing seems to help. I am also having trouble with the tracking. My fitbit shows that I have gotten all my hourly goals (250 steps/hour) but when I go to the app it shows two hours missing. I have also been tracking when I have at least 10min of activity (2x today) but as soon as I stop the activity minutes disappear. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. Mine stated with the white vertical lines yesterday, it happened immediately after my battery running flat. I've emailed costumer support, is that the quickest way to get a response or is the web support team your preferred method of support? Thanks marie

I am having the same problem. I tried both the short and long restarts which didn't help. I called the support line, they had me run through the long restart and try changing the clock face. Neither helped so they are sending me a replacement.

Water damage plain and simple.

Doesn't sound reasonable that it is water damage since I never wear it in the shower or any water of any kind. I live in Minnesota, the only water around at this time of year is frozen solid. If anyone has this issue, call Fitbit customer service and request a replacement. There must be some flaw in this batch of displays.

I don't wear mine in any water, also it is supposed to be water proof. But I don't shower or swim with it, the only water might be sometimes when it rains but then hardly any water.

Hello, I have the same problem. Just noticed the lines yesterday. I have tried re-setting and changing the clock face but nothing has worked. I bought the Charge 3 in about September of last year. Please can you advise what I should do. Many thanks

This just started for me as well. My usually reliable charge 3 is grey and no responsive.....
The reset process doesn't help.
No chance it was water !
Any other things to try ?
Thanks

I just encountered this issue today. Intreied restarting the device, that didn't do anything. I've also tried changing the clock face,.plugging it in,.and other resets outlined by forum mods. The white lines are still there and really bad. Can't be water damage because I don't swim with it and I don't shower with it. How do I get this escalated to the support team?
