My Fitbit Charge 3 has been stuck on 2298 all day.  It just stopped counting my steps.  I am well over 10,000 for the day.  Please help.

Hi @NEEDHLEP Do you have a Versa 3 or a  Charge 3? In any case try restarting the device several times and see if that unsticks it. If it doesn't, try a factory reset. If it is still stuck you will need to contact Customer Support
