Charge 3 is stuck on DND and Sleep and then it goes blank

My charge 3 is stuck on DND and Sleep. It will show the clock face and then show the DND and Sleep just for a couple of seconds and screen goes black. I have tried every solution offered here and it does not work. I cannot change any thing on it because it will not scroll. This is my 4th fitbit and something has happened to each one of them. I have about had it with Fitbit! Don't know what else to do to get this one to work again. It will synch with my phone, it is update, restarted too many times to count.

Since you have restarted your Charge 3 and the issue has persisted, my best recommendation is that you please contact our Support Team for further assistance.
