I turned on Do not Disturb on my Charge 3 last night and this morning, I can't turn it off; every time I tap it on the second menu screen, nothing happens, it remains off.
I have checked, and that part of my screen is still functioning normally.
I have tried restarting my Charge 3, turning Bluetooth on and off and syncing but it DND still remains on.

Hi.
I’ve followed the above steps multiple times now and my Fitbit is still stuck on DND/Sleep mode and I can’t get it out.
it’s impossible to use/wear as it’s just constantly vibrating. This is draining the battery as well so I’ve had to charge it for the second time in 24 hours.
Help would be appreciated

I could never figure this out - ended up calling CS and they walked my through hard reboots multiple times and ultimately told me there was nothing they could do except check on my warranty for a replacement. Of course mine was out of warranty, but they did send me a 35% off discount code for a new one if I want to purchase a new tracker. Still undecided.
If yours is still under warranty, I would call CS. Looks like they just all died at once.

I have the same problem & I can't even start the long reset because I never get a battery icon or line. It goes to a smiley face and then back to home screen. Please help! So frustrating! I've been going thru this all day and tried reboot and restarted like a hundred times!

Exactly! Mine is the same too and my firmware is up to date too. So frustrating! I'm sick of replacing a fitbit every 2 years! I won't purchase another one...this is ridiculous!
Update:
Yes and shows your BPM incorrectly (really elevated)? Same for me.
Yeah...pretty ironic huh? This is my 3rd fitbit because of "issues" every 2 years...seems like a pattern...I'm not doing it anymore and don't want a percentage off...its ridiculous!

Thanks for the post. We have tried everything and are still failing to sort the issue.
The screen goes off then a screen comes up with DND and Sleep and it just vibrates constantly.
I purchased the Fitbit Charge 3 in November 2019.
Please advise what more I can do or if it is still under warranty?
