Charge 3 is stuck on DND

My charge 3 is in Do Not Disturb mode and I can't turn it off?  Also the screen wake is turned off and I can't turn it back on.  Any ideas?

Hello @R127, welcome to the community forums! 

 

If you can't turn off the DND setting, I recommend performing a restart by doing the steps here. For the Screen wake, you can't turn it on until the DND setting is disabled. If the inconvenience persists, I recommend visiting the following thread for updates.
