Mine doesn’t turn off when I hold the screen in! Just stuck on the 001 error! I need help

Please confirm that you have restarted your device following the instructions of help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I have the same issue and I tried the hard reset, plug in & hold but all it does is vibrate for about 7 secs and the screen does not turn off. I had this happen once before and it reset no problem but now it doesn't 😫
