Charge 3 is stuck on smiley face

Pick up my Charge 3 and have done everything to reboot but stuck on smiley face and not visible to blue tooth

This did not help. Only had the Fitbit Charge 3 since Christmas. Can't believe it did not even last a year! Very disappointed! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm stuck on the smiley face and everything posted doesn't work.  I've tried it on the charger and off the charger.  It just keeps smiling at me.

I restarted my Fitbit and it vibrates when I plug it in but I do not see a battery icon.  I get the smiley face then nothing. Screen is black again.

I have tried the solution to this about 15 times. After the smiley face, nothing happens! What else can be done? I've only had my charge 3 for annoy a month and a half and it's already rendered useless!!

I sent mine back to Fitbit. Works now but since the last update I have to
restart my cell all the time to get notifications (kind of frustrating)

Hello, unfortunately the tracker didn’t work and at the end I contacted the Support team. They’re really helpful and sent me a replacement.

i have reset my charge 3 and now shows a smiley face and vibrates when connected to charger but screen isnt turning or syncing to the app and when it did work it didn't show my sleep tracking on watch. But have done everything I can to resolve this issue.

Ive spent the entire day, which happens to be my birthday, trying to fix my HR FitBit. Smiley, vibration, won't connect to app, bla bla bla. The same problems everyone else is having. What a piece of crap. I've only had it since May of 2019. I've done all the little suggestions and tips and it still won't work.  I'm throwing it in the trash. Waste of money.

I too have been stuck on the smiley face all day.  I plugged in for hours, I tried all the tips I’ve been seeing here and in other places online.  The smiley face just keeps sneering at me.  I’ve been using my Charge 4 for more than a year with my iPhone 8.  I did recently update to iOS 13.  So?  Do I just leave it on the charger?  What a waste!  I’m missing the tracking of both steps AND sleep.  This is so very frustrating!!

I called Customer Service at 1 (877) 623-4997 and within 2 days I had a brand new FitBit. They were super nice about replacing it.

I called customer service at 1-877-623-4997 and within 2 days I had a new FitBit. The person on the phone was really nice about solving my issue and the entire process of replacing my FitBit was super easy. Just call and get a new one.😊
