Charge 3 is stuck on smiley face

Pick up my Charge 3 and have done everything to reboot but stuck on smiley face and not visible to blue tooth

Does not work for charge 3….what else?   Shouldn’t have to deal with this on a mature device….

 

BS solution…. Big problem with the device and software…. Shouldn’t have to deal with this type of problem…

Hi! My Fitbit died today, so I placed it on the charger. After a few hours, I tried turning it on, nothing. I tried reset with 8 sec hold, and got smiley face, but nothing else. I took it off charger and placed it on my wrist to see if the phone app is still tracking, it isn't. The Fitbit began vibrating at one point, and continued for several minutes, but now I cannot get anything except the smiley face when I place on charger. Please advise. Thanks!

Nothing that’s what happens :(. Should be a frowning face on this tracker. It just makes me sad and frustrated.

Hi, I tried all these steps multiple times and I still just get the smiley face after reset and nothing else. Is there anything else I can do please?
