I see other people have had issues with the screen being too dim to read. I’ve tried all the suggestions mentioned & it remains dim. I would appreciate help

Please confirm that you have restarted your Tracker by following these steps.
In addition, please make sure Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are disable. You can also change the screen's brightness to see if the issue gets resolved. For instructions on how to navigate your Charge 3, please visit this article.
