I was recently at the gym and my Fitbit Charge 3 died during my workout. Even after the screen went blank, the red light on the back of the device was still on. The device vibrated intermittently while I finished my workout. I charged my device overnight and put it on this morning. The green light on the back is now blinking rapidly and the heart rate tracker is wildly inaccurate. It starts out reading my heart rate around 70 bpm which is in normal range, but then jumps to 150 bpm while I'm just sitting on my couch. I've tried restarting/rebooting the device several times, turned the heart rate setting on and off, plugged the device back into the charger and nothing works. Is there something else I can do? Is the device broken? Very frustrating!

Hi @Rad_Anjana It sounds very much as if your Charge 3 has died, unfortunately. The only thing I can think of to suggest is to contact Fitbit Support and hope they are able to help.
