Charge 3 is tracking my heart rate very inaccurate

I have a charge 3 that i haven't had any problems with, but today all of the sudden it has been registering my heart rate 170+ for most of the day.  I have checked my heart rate when it is doing this, and its never that, usually like 70s-80s.  I tried restarting it, but it didn't help.  Any ideas of what is going on?
