The number of flights of stairs is never right on my Fitbit, it will say I’ve climbed 20 flights of stairs when I haven’t left a 1 story building. How can I reset this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Morgitos123456.
Thank you for the information provided.
Your Fitbit Charge 3 may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. We recommend that you wear your Tracker loosely during exercise.
If you want to remove extra floors from your account, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.
You can restart your Charge 3 by following these steps.
