Charge 3 is waking me up in the middle of the night vibrating

My charge 3 has just started waking me up in the middle of the night like an alarm i haven't set one,

It vibrates and through my bleary eyes i think i can see flags on the screen, anyone had this or any ideas please

At the end of a workout, a flag icon shows up on your Fitbit Charge 3 screen. According to your information, it sounds like your Tracker were recording an activity while you were sleeping. To prevent this situation from happening again, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

As an alternative, you can turn on Sleep Mode when going to bed. For instructions to navigate your Charge 3, please visit this article.
