So I've had my Fitbit Charge 3 for a while now. It died last night after I forgot to charge it. Today I put it on charge. I went back and the screen no longer works, It doesn't turn on, I have been on the app and it says there is no charge in it. I have tried a different charger and that doesn't charge it up either. When I press and hold on the sides of the Fitbit, It vibrates for 6 seconds then stops. I am really confused as this is really random. Is there a way to do a factory reset on the app and has anybody else experienced this problem? I can't do a long restart as I can't see on the screen. Thanks if you can help 😔
