Charge 3 isn't pairing with my account

Hello @Braman 

A few questions. 

What phone do ypu have? 

Is the Charge 3 setup to your account? If the Charge3 is setup. Let's remove the Charge 3 from the phones BT 

 

If not are you following the setup instructions

You do not want the Charge 3 to be listed in the Phone's BT when setting up. 

At what step does the failure occur?

I didn't find the error you mentioned in our records. Please follow @Rich_Laue's advise and could you send a screenshot of the error?
