Charge 3 isn't receiving call/text notifications from my Honor 20

Cannot get any call or message notifications from my honor 20 phone on my charge 3, even though it is synced and the Bluetooth is connected!

I'm sorry for the experience and thank you for the detailed information. I'd like to let you know that the Fitbit App works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed here. 

If your phone meets the requirements, I'd recommend performing the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article for call and text notifications: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

On a side note, take into consideration that we identified a temporary interruption to syncing and receiving notifications from the Fitbit app on an Android phone. For more information, I recommend visiting this thread.
