Wife and I have S10's and Charge 3. Set them both up to get notifications for calls, email, text and a few apps. Her's works on all. Mine gets all except text messages. I've verified settings between hers and mine, rebooted both phone and Fitbit, cleared cache in app, still not working.
Firm/software version match between phones
Phone: S10 running Android 10
Fitbit app: 3.12.1 (20243452)
Charge 3: 28.20001.63.5

Switch to a different text message app and it's now working.
Failing app: Messages Version 11.0.00.109 (possibly Samsung's app)
Working app: Google Messages Version 5.2.062
