My watch suddenly stopped reading my heart rate + and has red light in the sensor!

If you are having problems with your Charge 3 recognizing your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

it is not just that! the watch has red light on the back of it it doesn't go no matter how many times I restarted the device and I did everything possible in the article regarding my problem but no luck! I'm really disappointed
