Charge 3 isn't recording my sleep

Charge 3 suddenly and sporadically not tracking my sleep. I've not changed any settings. 1st time after a couple of hours the nights tracking showed up. Today again nothing.

It's great to welcome you, @escuk.

Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep issue. If your tracker isn't recognizing this information, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the Fitbit on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in the help article: How do I edit my sleep history in the Fitbit app?

Let me know how it goes.

This started to happen with me as well. I stopped pressing the "begin sleep now" button and just had the Charge 3 figure out when I started to fall asleep. Now, the Fitbit is tracking my sleep again with the precise time on when I fall asleep and wake up. Hope this helps!
